Exporting the Xero contact list

When creating a Xero accounts link, you may be asked to import a list of your Xero contacts. This is done via CSV import. To obtain a file containing all your Xero contacts, first of all log into your Xero account, then choose Contacts > All Contacts from the menu bar at the top of the screen:

 

 

Within the contacts section, then select the icon with the three dots to the right of the new contact button, and select Export. 

The resulting file will automatically download, ready for you to import into Tradebox when prompted. 

 

The file can also be manually imported into Tradebox from within the CONTACTS module. Ensure the CSV file is closed. Within the CONTACTS module, click on the ACTIONS button and choose, “Import from Xero CSV File“.
