If you are a Sage user and have Remote Data Access enabled, sometimes you may see this error message pop up within Tradebox:
This indicates that your Sage remote data access service has gone offline, and Tradebox cannot connect to Sage as a result.
Sometimes, this issue can be resolved by simply closing and restarting both Tradebox and Sage. However, in some cases, if you receive a similar error message on opening Sage, you may need to speak with Sage support in order to resolve the problem. If Sage is already open on your PC, it's always worth closing and restarting it to ensure you are not getting any error messages, as the errors don't display if Sage is already open.

If your Sage remote data service goes down while Tradebox is logged into Sage, this can lead to a secondary problem of the Tradebox user being stuck within Sage. If you're confident that the Remote Data Access has been resolved but Tradebox still isn't posting, please follow the steps here to ensure Tradebox is fully logged out of Sage.
