Tradebox are delighted to announce their new look Help Centre, powered by Zendesk.
The new Help Centre replaces the previous Tradebox Support Portal with a fresh new look and new features including a customer Discussion Board for users to discuss ideas, issues and experience of using Tradebox and a Feature Requests section where users can suggest new features or enhancements to existing features and vote and comment on these suggestions.
The new Help Centre also includes a Configuration section that includes helpful articles to assist in configuring and using the Tradebox software on a channel by channel basis.
To keep users abreast of all changes every section in the Help Centre can be subscribed to enabling immediate notifications to be sent automatically when any new article is posted.
