New Payment Module on Tradebox Website

Tradebox have replaced the subscription module on our website to enable the funding of the Tradebox software licence by both credit cards and PayPal. The new module also provides us with much greater levels of functionality that address many of the annoying bugs in the old module and allow users much greater flexibility within their customer account on our website.

Unfortunately, the implementation of a new subscription module does mean that we have had to cancel all existing live subscriptions which are not integrated with the new module. If you did have a live subscription, this means that your payment will NOT automatically be taken prior to your licence expiry. We will be in touch with everyone individually to discuss this. To create a new subscription (and ensure your payment is taken automatically) simply login to your account and the select the Subscribe button in the top right hand corner of the web page. If you do not wish for your next payment to be taken automatically, then simply log into your online customer account, select My Subscriptions and Edit the subscription to cancel the automatic collection of the next payment.

If you are an existing Tradebox customer using Sage Instant Accounts you will notice that the Sage Instant Account tariff has now been removed. Please contact us directly to process your payment.
