There is a known conflict between Sage v30 64-bit and the anti-virus program ESET which prevents 3rd party applications like Tradebox from connecting to Sage.
Most users notice this when they go to reconnect Tradebox to Sage after an update. They will receive an error message in Tradebox about being unable to connect to the Sage data service.
