Subscribing to Tradebox

Subscribing to Tradebox creates an automatically recurring payment for your chosen Tradebox licence. You only need to do this when first subscribing to Tradebox or if you have cancelled your existing licence. To do this:

1. Go to the Tradebox home page and click on Pricing.
2. Then choose either a 12 month or 1 month licence.
3. Then click on the Subscribe button underneath your chosen licence plan.

4. This will take you to our Subscription portal. If you have a discount code, click on the coupon box to apply it. Then choose the Proceed to Checkout button.

5. Enter your email address and choose Next.

6. This will send you a 6 digit One Time Password (OTP) to the email address you provided in the previous step. Check your email and copy and paste the 6 digit OTP into the box.

7. This will take you to the final step of the checkout where you can set up your billing and shipping details and choose the payment method you wish to fund your subscription with (card or direct debit).
