Tradebox can be configured to upload stock levels to specific sales channels. This automation works by only uploading stock levels that have changed since the last upload. However, sometimes it may be necessary to reset the "Last Quantity Upload" field to force Tradebox to pass the stock level to the sales channel again. This may be necessary if the connection to the accounts software has been interrupted and the stock upload has been missed. The 'reset' of the last stock quantity upload can be applied to a single product or an entire channel. To do this:
- Go to the Products section in Tradebox
- Choose the Mappings button
- Choose the Sales Channel from the drop down list
- Select the SKU's you wish to reset the last quantity upload on (CTRL + A for all)
- From the Actions button, choose "Reset Last Upload Quantity"
If the Upload feature is set to automatic the Service will automatically re-upload the stock quantities for the selected SKU's. If it is set to Manual, these will need to be manually uploaded. This setting is in Configuration > Stock Control.
Check List
Check the following to ensure that Tradebox is configured correctly for the upload to work:

- In the Sales Channel List you have 3 green ticks for the sales channel you wish to upload stock for.
- The Product Mappings have Channel ID's (if required)
- The Product are not excluded from upload (product mappings)
