If you are experiencing a problem with Tradebox, 99 times out of 100 the answer will be recorded in the ISSUES log. To access this log:
- Click on LOGS
- Click on the ISSUES tab
- Scroll through the SYNCHRONISATION ISSUES screen
The Synchronisation Issues screen is date/time stamped and records any issues Tradebox encounters.
If you are running a networked version of Tradebox you need to check the Synchronisation Issues screen on the PC that is running the Tradebox Service. To find out which PC is running the Tradebox Service click on Configuration > Data Service.
