The following platforms require a Channel ID (also known as an Item ID or Product ID) or Listed Flag, in addition to a SKU, for product mapping:
- eBay (Item ID)
- Shopify (Product ID)
- BigCommerce (Product ID)
- WooCommerce (Product ID)
- Amazon (Listed Yes/No flag)
To check that the SKU you wish to upload stock levels for has a CHANNEL ID (all the above channels except Amazon)
- Go to the Products section in Tradebox.
- Enter the SKU in the search bar in the top right and press enter.

Double click on the product entry in the grid and go to the CHANNELS tab.
This grid will display all channels in Tradebox and information around uploading the specific SKU, including:
- The Last Upload Quantity
- The Date of the Last Upload
- If the SKU has a CHANNEL ID
- If the SKU is excluded from upload
If the SKU does NOT have a CHANNEL ID then Add a Channel ID.
For Amazon, to check the product has been marked as Listed:
- Go to the Products section of Tradebox, then select the Mappings button. You will see on this screen a column called Listed.
- Search for the SKU in question and check if the Listed column shows a tick or not.
Any items that do not show a tick in this column for Amazon will not be included in the upload. If the product is listed on Amazon, but this column is not ticked, you can double click on the mapping to manually tick it, or import the listed flag from Amazon.
