There are several reasons why orders may not download into Tradebox, depending on your set up and which channels you're connecting to. Order downloads can also be specific to Sales Channels. Please click on the Sales Channel you are missing orders from in Tradebox:
- Amazon
- eBay
- Shopify
- WooCommerce
- Magento
- BigCommerce
- EKM
- Linnworks
- CSV File Import
