The following article describes the principle download criteria for Shopify orders:
1. The Shopify Channel has a status of Active and the download option is turned on.
2. The 'Ignore Orders Dated Prior To' setting allows the required orders to be downloaded.
3. The 'Days to Download' setting is configured to go back enough days to collect your orders.
4. Shopify Order Tags have been setup, if required.
5. All appropriate Order Sources have been downloaded and selected.
6. All appropriate Shopify Order Statuses are mapped and selected for download.
