Tradebox User Portal

The Tradebox user portal, https://portal.tradebox.co.uk/Account/Login, allows customers to register and maintain a list of users who have access to their own Tradebox software. By default the initial email registration will be the administrator of the account. 

The Tradebox User Portal holds the licence type associated with each account:

• Starter - single channel
• Standard - up to 5 channels
• Pro - up to 10 channels
• Unlimited - 10 + channels

It also holds the expiry date of each licence.

The Tradebox software communicates with the Tradebox user portal to establish:

• User logon details with permission to access the software
• The type of licence the software is subscribed to
• The expiry date of the software

Upon opening the Tradebox One desktop software the user will be prompted to login using a registered email and password.

The logon screen also contains a link to create a registration.  By default, the initial registration will be the administrator of the account. Once registered, the administrator can create individual users in their online account at https://portal.tradebox.co.uk/Account/Login.
