EKM are replacing the existing API Tradebox uses to connect to your EKM website and will be shortly disconnecting the old (legacy) API. To maintain a connection to your EKM site in Tradebox, there are a few simple steps you will need to go through.
Update to Tradebox One V1.2
Install the latest version of Tradebox, version 1.2. If you are a Tradebox One user, click here for instructions on doing this.

This version also contains changes to how you log into Tradebox. Details on this process were emailed out to your registered email address, but if you have any questions when it comes to logging in, please get in touch.
Refresh the EKM API token
Once your software has been upgraded, go to the Channels section of Tradebox and double click on your EKM channel. You will see a section called API Connection Details, as shown below.
Click the Get New API Key button to be taken to an EKM login page. Once you've logged in, you'll see a page asking you to allow Tradebox permission to access your EKM data.
Click Allow to proceed to a new page which displays your EKM token:
Copy the token and paste it into the API Key field in Tradebox, then click Save. Once this process has been completed, no further changes are required and Tradebox will continue to download your EKM sales in the same manner as prior to this change.
