Tradebox Finance Manager
Tradebox Finance Manager is compatible as of v8.1.81023.0 released on 23/10/2018.

Once updated, you'll also need to refresh the connection to Sage:
- In Tradebox Finance Manager, go to Sales Channels under the Information heading on the left.
- Click the grey Change Sage Company button at the bottom of the screen. Choose the Sage company from the dropdown box, input the Sage logon name that Tradebox uses and password if there is one. If all your sales channels point to the same Sage company, tick Apply To All Sales Channels.
- If you have different channels going to different Sage companies, you'll need to complete this step individually on a channel-by-channel basis (open the sales channel by double-clicking and go to the Sage Installation tab, use the Change Sage Company button from that screen).
Tradebox One
Tradebox One is compatible as of v1.0.81017.0, released on 17/10/2018.
Once updated, you'll also need to refresh the connection to Sage:
- In Tradebox One, go to Channels and double-click a sales channel to open it. Go to the Sage 50 tab and into the Connections sub-tab.
- Choose the Sage Company from the dropdown box and make sure the Version box sets itself to 25.
- If the Data Folder and/or the Version box don't update, force a refresh by clicking into the Company dropdown, clicking on Demo Data, then clicking on the Company dropdown again and choosing your live data which should now show with (v2019) after the company name.
- Leave the two logon names at their presets of tbuser and tbservice, and input the passwords if you've added a password to those logons in Sage.
- If you have multiple sales channels all pointing to the same Sage company, tick the Apply these Connection Details to all Sales Channels with an Accounts Link box.
- If you have different channels pointing to separate Sage companies, leave the box unticked. You'll need to repeat the connection refresh on each sales channel individually.
- Click Connect to Sage. Click Save.
