Tradebox reads orders from files that present one item per line, using the Channel Order Number to identify where the lines for each order start and end. This means that for multi-line orders, Tradebox can read shipping in two different ways. If a customer orders two items from you where shipping of £14.99 and £4.99 respectively would be paid, your order file may display the shipping as the total amount of £19.98, or it may show the individual shipping amounts per item.
The New Sales Channel Wizard lets you choose how shipping will be interpreted by Tradebox, either with the total shipping as duplicated cost across lines or with the individual cost per line.
This setting can be changed in an existing channel by going to Channels > Edit > Import File. Total Shipping Cost appears as a drop down on the Import File Details section of that screen.
