If you have an Amazon channel set up in Tradebox, it's likely that at some point you will see the message 'Order xxxxxxx was not processed as the Amazon API did not return any shipping details' in the Issues Log of Tradebox.
It is normal to see this message every now and again, and it does not indicate any problem with your Amazon data. It appears when Tradebox encounters an order on Amazon that doesn't have a shipping address associated with it. This is usually because Amazon hasn't finished populating all the details of the order in the API yet, and as the order is missing integral information, Tradebox will ignore it for the time being rather than downloading an incomplete record. This usually resolves itself with time, as when Amazon finish populating the shipping information on the order, Tradebox will then go back and download it.
