The query message 'Marketplace Order Status is mapped to Query Status' is normally encountered when an order that has already been downloaded by Tradebox changes status on the marketplace it's been downloaded from.
For example, I have downloaded an order from my website which has a status of Pending. Pending is an order status that Tradebox is set to download and which is mapped to a Tradebox status of Paid, so the order comes in and lands in my order list showing that it has been paid.
Later, I mark the order as Completed on my site, and the order status in Tradebox automatically changes to Query. Within the order, you'd see this message:
What this message indicates is that Tradebox knows the status of the order has changed to Completed on the marketplace, but it needs to be told which Tradebox status that should be mapped to.
To resolve that, I'd go to Channels in Tradebox and then double click on the channel that the order came through, and then select the Statuses tab. In there, I would see all the statuses that Tradebox has discovered on my website orders, and their mapped Tradebox statuses.
The Marketplace Status pending has been mapped to Paid, but completed shows Query in the Tradebox status column. This is the cause of the order being in query. To resolve that, simple double click on the status in the list and then choose the relevant Tradebox status from the drop down list. After that has been saved, the order will automatically come out of query on the next cycle of the Tradebox Data Service.
