Microsoft Quick Assist

We use Microsoft Quick Assist for remote support. Microsoft Quick Assist is a built-in Windows tool that allows you to securely share your screen and allows us to securely take remote control and help troubleshoot issues.

To start receiving remote, do the following:

1. Open Microsoft Quick Assist  on the PC that runs the Tradebox Service by clicking on the Windows Start Menu > All Apps > search for Quick Assist. Alternatively, press Ctrl + Windows Key + Q. This will generate the following screen on your PC:

2. Tradebox will provide you with a 6-digit code. Enter this into the 'Enter Code' box under the 'Get Help' section and click Submit.

3. Select 'Allow' to share your screen. 

4. Tradebox will Request Control to allow us to take control of your keyboard and mouse. Click on 'Allow' again to provide permission.

5. You can end or pause screen sharing at any time by selecting Cancel control or Leave
