Please use the following checklist to resolve stock levels not uploading from Sage 50 Accounts.
-
Check the connection to Sage within the Sales Channel. If Tradebox has become disconnected from Sage 50, stock levels cannot be retrieved. Make sure you have the 32-Bit edition of the SDO installed for the specific version of Sage 50 you have installed. This will optimise the connection to Sage 50.
-
Check the ISSUES log for any entries that relate to the stock upload OR any connection issues to Sage 50.
-
In the Sales Channel List, is there an Upload Column? Does it displaying a green tick?
-
Does the sales channel you are uploading to require a Channel ID (Product ID)? If so, does the product with the missing stock level have a Channel ID in Product Mapping?
-
Go to the Products Section and double click on a product that has not uploaded. Go to the Channels tab. Does the SKU have a Last Upload Date and a Last Upload Quantity? Check the ISSUES log on the date of the upload to see if there is an error message about the upload to this SKU.
-
Do the products on the website have inventory tracking turned on? A stock level can only be passed to a product with inventory tracking enabled.
-
Check the Stock Adjustment History on the website to see if any other process is changing stock levels for a specific SKU.
-
Reset the Last Quantity Upload for the SKU(s) that are having the issue. Then allow the upload to run. This will force Tradebox to pass stock levels from Sage 50 to the Sales channel.
