Upcoming software release

On 15th June 2022 we released the next generation of the Tradebox One software; Tradebox V 2.0. For the vast majority of Tradebox users the software will look exactly as it does today. However, there have been significant changes in the product including a robust new database technology which will provide massive improvements in speed and stability.

Tradebox V2.0 also incorporates the Amazon  SP-API, the new connection method Amazon require all third parties to use to connect to their platform after 31st July 2022. If you use Tradebox to connect to any Amazon marketplace you will need to upgrade to Tradebox V2.0 to continue downloading orders as the current MWS API we use will no longer work after 31st July 2022. Use of the new Amazon SP-API will allow Tradebox to support integration with every Amazon Marketplace globally. New functionality

Once Tradebox V2.0 is rolled out we will be focusing on providing integration with new sales channels like OnBuy, Etsy and Fruugo, as well as API integrations with 3rd party partner solutions.
