Sage 50 Cloud Accounts (Hosted Online)

Sage UK recently announced an Early Adopters Program (EAP) for a hosted version of Sage 50 Cloud Accounts. Our understanding is that Sage 50 Cloud will be hosted on an Azure platform by Sage UK and will be accessible via a web browser. This will remove issues with networking, permissions and connection issues caused by Remote Data Access. It will also mean that users can connect via a web browser via any type of computer, not just Windows PC’s. The Sage 50 user interface will remain exactly how it does today, so no additional learning required!

 

Whilst the hosted Sage 50 Cloud Accounts version is in the EAP, no 3rd party integrations exists. However, as a member of the Sage Developer’s Program, Tradebox will be providing an integration with the hosted version of Sage 50 Cloud Accounts as soon as this becomes available to us. Integration with the hosted version of Sage 50 Cloud Accounts will be a development priority for Tradebox and will be rolled out as soon as it is possible to do so.
