Stock Levels not uploading to Shopify from Sage 50 Accounts
Please use the following checklist to resolve Sage 50 stock levels not uploading to your Shopify webstore, via Tradebox, or stock levels being incorrect.
- 1. Check the ISSUES log for any entries that relate to the stock upload OR any connection issues to Sage 50.
- 2. Check the Connection to Sage 50.
- 3. Ensure the channel is pointing to the CORRECT Sage company
- 2. Go to the Products Section and double click on a product that has not uploaded. Go to the Channels tab. Does the SKU have a Last Upload Date and a Last Upload Quantity?
- 3. Check that the SKU you wish to upload stock levels for has a CHANNEL ID.
- 4. Go to the Channels list and check that the Shopify sales channel is ACTIVE and has the UPLOAD option is ticked.
- 5. Are stock quantities being tracked for the product(s) on Shopify that are not uploading?
- 6. Check the Stock Adjustment History on Shopify to see if any other process is changing stock levels for a specific SKU.
- 7. Go into the Shopify channel in Tradebox and ensure stock levels are being passed to the correct Default Stock Location on Shopify
- 8. Ensure you are on the latest version of Tradebox. If not upgrade to the latest version.
- 9. Manually import/update product records from Sage 50.
- 10. Reset the Last Quantity Upload for the SKU(s) that are having the issue. Then allow the upload to run.
- 11. Check the PROCESS LOG to see if the SKU was uploaded. Check the ISSUES LOG to see if there were any problems during the upload.
- 12. Check the SKU stock level against the Shopify inventory list, ensuring this is the same inventory list that Tradebox is uploading to (Default Stock Location).
