Subscribe to the Tradebox Helpdesk and stay informed!

The best way to stay informed of changes to the Tradebox software is to subscribe to the “What’s New” article; https://help.tradebox.co.uk/hc/en-gb/sections/115000141183-What-s-New. 

 

We strongly recommend subscribing to this page. It will automatically send you an email when Tradebox release new versions of the software and document the changes that have been made in the new version.

 

You can do this by clicking on the Follow box at the top of the “What’s New” article:

 

 

 

If you are not signed in, you will be redirected to do so. The sign in email is the same email you will use to sign into the Tradebox helpdesk to raise tickets for support. If you haven’t already registered, you can do so by by clicking on the Sign-Up link. There is also a “Forgot Password” link to allow you to reset the password login.
