Update Windows Operating System to the latest version

To ensure your operating system is up to date, 

enable automatic updates in your settings and manually check for updates regularly

. For Windows, go to 

Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update

 and click "Check for updates". 

 

Here is how to ensure your Windows operating system remains updated:

 

1. Check for Updates: Click the Start menu, go to Settings > Update & Security (or Windows Update), and select Check for updates.
2. Install & Restart: Download and install any available updates. If prompted, restart your computer immediately to finalize installation.

3. Active Hours: Ensure “active hours” are set so updates don’t restart your computer during work, but ensure they do not prevent updates for too long.
