The latest version of Tradebox is v1.0.71115.0, published on 14/11/2017. You can select Support in the software to check which version of the program you currently have installed.
The previous build (1.0.71026.0) contained significant changes to the way Tradebox handles stock control with a Sage integration. Read and familiarise yourself with the release notes here if upgrading from a version prior to 1.0.71026.0
Please note, if upgrading from a version prior to 1.70929.0 then installing this version will upgrade your Tradebox data which may take some time to complete depending on the number of orders in your database.
This build contains the following changes:
- Added option to have the Data Service run on a timer in Configuration > Preferences > Process Every x Minutes
- Default and minimum is 1 minute as previously
- Maximum is 360 minutes
- Regardless of setting, the service loop will only start a new loop once the previous loop has completed all tasks
- The data service will still automatically restart every 60 minutes or whenever the service loop completes all tasks, whichever is greater.
- Changes to EU B2B order handling:
- Where the shipping country is within the EU, each order will be checked for a VAT number provided by the marketplace
- If this is present, Tradebox will treat the order as EU B2B regardless of channel settings
- If this is absent, Tradebox will treat the order as any other EU order in line with channel settings
- Where customer accounts are created in Tradebox, an EU B2B first order no longer automatically ticks the 'use default tax code for orders' option
- Where customer accounts are created in Sage, an EU B2B first order no longer automatically ticks the 'use default tax code for sales' option
- A full updated guide to Tradebox's tax treatment is available here
- Where the shipping country is within the EU, each order will be checked for a VAT number provided by the marketplace
- Option to exclude zero quantities from stock upload added to sales channel details screen
- Removed Nominal Code and Department as mappable fields for new CSV channels
- eBay and Paypal fees for non-GBP eBay channels now use the exchange rate as at the point of download for posting to Sage, except where Paypal fees set to post as a summary transaction; these will use the exchange rate as at the point of posting to Sage.
- Upgrade of Finance Manager data now retains 60 days historic order numbers for duplicate check
- Check of ebay order amounts matching removed for non-GBP channels
- Option for column headers added to stock upload CSV file
- Added support for additional date formats on CSV channels
Bugs fixed in this build:

- Department not being used in Sage global postings
- Sage customer account references removing invalid characters causing an existing account to be used when a new one should be created
