The latest version of Tradebox is v2.0.241205.0, published on 05/12/2024.
Click Support in the upper right of your Tradebox software to check which version of the program you currently have installed. If your version number begins with 1, this version contains significant changes from your existing software.
Please follow the instructions in the upgrade guide to upgrade to this build.
This version contains the following changes:
- Sage version 31 compatibility
- Improvements to Shopify source filter
- Added functionality to handle multiple Shopify discount types
- Minor Bug Fixes
Important Note for Shopify users: this update contains changes to the Order Sources filter available in the Shopify channel. After upgrade, please open your Shopify channel settings within Tradebox and check that you have the correct sources selected for download.
*This version contains a hotfix added to an earlier November version to resolve an issue assigning SKUs to Shopify orders*
