The latest version of Tradebox is v2.0.250902.0, published on 02/09/2025.

Click Support in the upper right of your Tradebox software to check which version of the program you currently have installed. If your version number begins with 1, this version contains significant changes from your existing software.

Please follow the instructions in the upgrade guide to upgrade to this build.

This version contains the following changes:

• Amazon stock upload fix
• Removed requirements for admin permissions for general use of the software
• Option to add VAT to Linnworks prices added
• Included option to download Shopify payment references
• Minor bug fixes

Please Note: For users affected by the Amazon stock upload issue, Amazon have now introduced case sensitivity to the stock upload process. If any of your SKUs contain lower case letters on Amazon, please update these in Tradebox by going to the Products section of Tradebox and clicking the Mappings button. Select your Amazon channel(s) from the drop down, and then click Actions > Update Amazon SKU case. This will ensure Tradebox has the right casing for your Amazon SKUs and can update stock successfully. You may also need to go to Configuration > Rebuild Data Tables and select Reset Product Upload Quantities to Zero to enforce a refresh of your Amazon stock levels.
