Refreshing the EKM Token

The EKM token is a secure link that allows Tradebox to communicate with your EKM website.  If the token expires it can be refreshed by doing the following:

1. Go to the Channels section in Tradebox and double click on the EKM channel

2. In the DETAILS page click on the button called Get New API Key button.

   

    

3. This will open your default web browser and take you to the EKM Log in page.

4. After log in you will be presented with the following screen. Click on Allow.

    

   

    

    

5. The web browser will resolve to a Tradebox token page. Copy the token by selecting the 'copy' icon at the end of the token box.

7. Go back to Tradebox, open the EKM channel, select and delete the existing token and the paste the new token into the box. Then choose Save.
