When you create a ticket you will receive an email response from Tradebox containing a link to your ticket. This link will be included in every email response from Tradebox.
The link gives you access into your ticket to allow you to read our responses and add your own. To access the ticket you will need to sign into your support account in the following screen.
If you do not already have a support account with Tradebox you can create one by selecting the Sign-Up link in the bottom left corner of the screen.
