Tradebox support is FREE. It is NOT part of the cost of the Tradebox licence. Rather it is a complimentary service that we offer free of charge to all users of the software.
The Tradebox helpdesk is staffed by knowledgeable and friendly customer service agents who use Tradebox on a daily basis. We use a Zendesk support platform to provide a transparent ticketing system and host a Help Centre that contains helpful articles and discussion forums to assist our users in understanding the software and addressing common issues.
The Tradebox support ethos is very much based on a "give a man a fishing rod" approach. All of our users are businesses and as such the implicit expectation is that users will invest time to learn the software they have invested money into and be responsible to operate the software themselves. Tradebox cannot provide 'resource' to operate the software on behalf of users.
To this end we have provided in-depth step by step guides to assist users in getting to grips with the program, as well as many articles to address all aspects of the software, including those common issues that most users run into. The quickest way to run a query is to visit the Help Centre and type the query into the search bar.
If you have an issue with the software, we highly recommend looking at the most recent entries in the Issues Log in the Tradebox software. This will often identify the problem the software is encountering and provide an explanation to address it.
If you are unable to resolve the problem you are encountering create a ticket, providing as much detail and context as possible, and our support team will be in touch as soon as they become available.
