1. What does Tradebox do?
Tradebox automates your ecommerce accounting by linking your sales platforms (eBay, Amazon, websites etc) to your accounts software (Xero or Sage 50) allowing users to create accounting entries for their online sales. Tradebox can create individual invoices for each unique online order or you can create batch invoices for any given period for each sales channel. i.e. a single invoice to represent a month's sales on your website.
Tradebox can also be configured to co-ordinate stock levels between the accounts software and the integrated sales channels.
2. Which Sales Channels does Tradebox integrate with?
Currently, Tradebox has API integrations with eBay, Amazon (both merchant and FBA), WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce and EKM. However, we are always looking to add new sales channel to our portfolio so its worth checking the Tradebox website. We also have a bespoke CSV connector to allow the import of orders from any channels we don't currently have an API connection with.
3. Which accounts software does Tradebox integrate with?
Tradebox integrates with Sage 50 Cloud Accounts and Xero Accounts. However, we are always looking to add new accounting solutions to our portfolio so its worth checking the Tradebox website.
4. How much does Tradebox cost?
Tradebox has 4 licence plans based upon how many sales channels you wish to connect with:
- Starter plan - connect 1 sales channel
- Standard plan - connect up to 5 sales channels
- Pro plan - connect up to 10 sales channels
- Unlimited plan - connect to unlimited sales channels

5. Can I try before I buy?
Absolutely. This is our preference. 6. How much does a support contract cost?
Nothing! we offer complimentary free support to all of our users, whether you are a customer or a potential customer trialling the software.
7. How do I access support?
Simply click on the CONTACT TRADEBOX button in the top right hand corner of the software, fill out the support form detailing the issue you are experiencing, or the question you have, and click submit. The ticket will automatically be allocated to a customer services agent who will be in touch to address your issue or answer your question. Tradebox support is UK based. Support is available on all working days within working hours.
8. Is Tradebox cloud based?
No, Tradebox is desktop based software which installs on your PC.
9. What PC specification do I need to run Tradebox?

10. How long has the Tradebox software been operating?
The Tradebox software was first launched in April 2006. In this time we have provided automated ecommerce accounting solutions to thousands of online retailers and helped them streamline their businesses.
