Tradebox offer paid onboarding to assist prospective customers to install and configure the Tradebox software. This is also an excellent opportunity to provide some training in how to navigate the software. You can book an onboarding session at, https://calendly.com/tradebox/tradebox-onboarding.
We will send you a TeamViewer link prior to the onboarding that allows you to provide the Tradebox team with access to your PC.
Before commencing the onboarding we ask you to take note of the following:
- Choose a single computer that Tradebox is going to be installed upon. If you are looking to have multiple installs in the future, the computer that Tradebox is initially to be installed upon will be the MASTER PC that runs the Tradebox service.
- If you wish to integrate with Sage 50 Accounts, the Sage 50 Accounts application MUST be installed on the PC.
- Please ensure that the computer Tradebox is to be installed upon meets the system requirements.
- We use TeamViewer to create a remote control connection to your PC. Please ensure that the user logged onto the PC has sufficient admin rights to allow us to take remote control of the mouse and keyboard.
- The onboarding process is conducted via TeamViewer onto a single PC and Tradebox will communicate with you via a single phone line. This doesn't work very well with large groups of recipients.
- When connected to the remote PC using TeamViewer, we will ask you to provide a number on which we can call you.
- If you wish to connect to a Shopify, WooCommerce or BigCommerce store, you need to generate the API credentials in advance and have them to hand for the onboarding.
