Tradebox offer paid installation or upgrade service for existing customers to upgrade their existing installation of Tradebox or relocate Tradebox onto a new PC.
This service does NOT include networking or the addition of any new channels.

We will send you a TeamViewer link prior to the installation/upgrade that allows you to provide the Tradebox team with access to your PC.
If you have chosen an installation/relocation of Tradebox onto a new PC, please ensure the following is done prior to the booked session:
- The target PC has been updated with the latest Windows Updates.
- Prior to the session, the target PC has been rebooted.
- If you wish to integrate Tradebox with Sage 50 Accounts, that the full Sage 50 Accounts program has been installed on the PC.
- Please ensure that the computer Tradebox is to be installed upon meets the system requirements.
- We use TeamViewer to create a remote control connection to your PC. Please ensure that the user logged onto the PC has sufficient admin rights to allow us to take remote control of the mouse and keyboard.
- The onboarding process is conducted via TeamViewer onto a single PC and Tradebox will communicate with you via a single phone line. This doesn't work very well with large groups of recipients. It is a one-to-one service.
- When connected to the remote PC using TeamViewer, we will ask you to provide a number on which we can call you.
