The most common reason for Shopify Orders not downloading is because the Location of the order has not been set to download. To check the Location has been selected, go into the Shopify Channel in Tradebox. In the DETAILS tab is a section called ORDER SOURCES. Ensure that the Location (Source) of the missing order is selected for download.
The Order Sources can be updated by clicking on the ACTIONS button and choosing, "Shopify - Update Sources from Marketplace".
Allow the Tradebox Service to run a download on the Shopify channel to see if this resolves the issue.

TIP: You may wish to turn the accounts posting to manual first, to ensure that any orders that are downloaded into Tradebox are not automatically posted to the accounts software until you have had time to check them. To do this go to Configuration > Accounting and change the posting to manual. Then Save.
