Please use the following checklist to resolve Sage 50 stock levels not uploading to your Shopify webstore, via Tradebox.
- Check the ISSUES log for any entries that relate to the stock upload OR any connection issues to Sage 50.
- Go to the Channels list and check that the Shopify sales channel is ACTIVE and has the UPLOAD option is ticked.
- Go into the Shopify channel in Tradebox and ensure stock levels are being passed to the correct Default Stock Location on Shopify
- Check that the SKU you wish to upload stock levels for has a CHANNEL ID.
- Ensure you are on the latest version of Tradebox. If not upgrade to the latest version.
- Manually import/update product records from Sage 50.
- Reset the Last Quantity Upload for the SKU(s) that are having the issue. Then allow the upload to run.
- Check the PROCESS LOG to see if the SKU was uploaded. Check the ISSUES LOG to see if there were any problems during the upload.

Check the SKU stock level against the Shopify inventory list, ensuring this is the same inventory list that Tradebox is uploading to (Default Stock Location).
