To find which PC runs the Tradebox Data Service, click on the Support link in the top right of your Tradebox program. This will show you the support page which will show you the Computer Name of the PC that runs the Tradebox Service (Service PC) and also the Computer Name of the PC that you are using.
Reboot Tradebox on the Service PC following these instructions:
- Right click on the Task Bar at the bottom of the PC screen and choose Task Manager.
- When the Task Manager opens, close Tradebox.exe from the APPS section. In the Background Processes, close Tradebox_Service.exe and Tradebox_Application_Service.exe.
- If you are using Sage 50, log in as MANAGER, go to Settings > User Management > Active Settings and remove TBUSER and TBSERVICE if they appear in the list.
- Open Tradebox
This is a hard restart of the program and will get the service back up and running,
