Sometimes the Tradebox Service can become disabled. This article explains how to restart the Tradebox Service.
- Find which PC runs the Tradebox Service.
- On this PC, right click on the Task Bar at the bottom of the PC screen and choose Task Manager.

When the Task Manager opens search for "Tradebox" in the search bar and then close Tradebox.exe from the APPS section. In the Background Processes, close Tradebox_Service.exe and Tradebox_Application_Service.exe.

IF you are using Sage 50 Accounts, log in as MANAGER, go to Settings > User Management > Active Settings and remove TBUSER and TBSERVICE if they appear in the list.
- Reopen Tradebox One. Within a few seconds the Data Service should start running. The Service Indicator should change from red
to green
. Go to Logs – you should see the line The Tradebox Service connected to the database as the most recent entry. Wait 90 seconds and refresh the Logs screen. You should then see the service loop has resumed normal running.
