Tradebox offer paid resource to create and configure channels in your Tradebox software. This includes integrating the channel with your accounts software. The paid session is for a maximum of 1 hour.
This service is for existing users only. New users who are looking to have Tradebox installed and configured, including training, should book an onboarding session.

We will send you a TeamViewer link prior to the installation/upgrade that allows you to provide the Tradebox team with access to your PC.
Please ensure the following is done prior to the booked session:
- The target PC has been updated with the latest Windows Updates.
- Prior to the session, the target PC has been rebooted.
- If you wish to integrate with any of the following websites, please ensure you have created the API credentials on the website admin console; BigCommerce. Magento, Shopify and WooCommerce.
- If you wish to create a CSV import channel, the CSV file must be created and provided to Tradebox in advance for testing. The CSV file must meet the specification provided by Tradebox.
- If you wish to integrate Tradebox with Sage 50 Accounts, that the full Sage 50 Accounts program has been installed on the PC.
- Please ensure that the computer Tradebox is to be installed upon meets the system requirements.
- We use TeamViewer to create a remote control connection to your PC. Please ensure that the user logged onto the PC has sufficient admin rights to allow us to take remote control of the mouse and keyboard.
- The setup process is conducted via TeamViewer onto a single PC and Tradebox will communicate with you via a single phone line. This doesn't work very well with large groups of recipients. It is a one-to-one service.
- When connected to the remote PC using TeamViewer, we will ask you to provide a number on which we can call you.
