Please use the following checklist to resolve orders that exist in Tradebox but will not post to Sage 50 Accounts.
1. Check the ISSUES log for any entries that relate to the orders not posting to Sage 50 Accounts.
2. Go to the Channels list and check that the sales channel (the missing orders are from) is ACTIVE.
3. Check the connection between Tradebox and the Sage Company Data.
4. Does Tradebox need upgrading to allow compatibility with Sage 50 Accounts? This may happen if you have upgraded Sage 50 Accounts and are using an older version of Tradebox.
5. If you have upgraded Sage 50 Accounts or are using a 64-Bit edition of Sage 50, you may need to install the 32-Bit Sage Data Objects (SDO).
6. Check that the Tradebox Data Service is running on the Service PC. If not, reboot the Tradebox Service. See here for common causes of the Data Service not working.
7. The supplied logon name (TBUSER or TBSERVICE) is logged into Sage 50 and needs removing.
8. Orders have an order status of QUERY and need resolving.
9. The order status has not been configured for posting to Sage 50 Accounts.
10. Posting to Sage 50 Accounts has been set to manual.
11. Tradebox configured NOT to post orders 'Prior To' a given date.
12. Orders have a status of "On Hold".
