The Orders List can be configured to show a default view of orders based on:
- Which order statuses are presented in the grid (All, Paid, Despatched, Not posted to accounts etc,)
- How far back in time you see orders for (All, 7 days, 30 days, 12 months etc)
To see ALL orders in the Order List, do the following:
- In Tradebox click on Configuration > User Interface
- Change the "Default Order View" setting to ALL
- Change the "View Orders For" setting to ALL
- Click on Save
To clear any filters placed directly on the Sales Order List, go to the Order List, click on the Filter drop down, then click the Clear and Apply buttons to ensure you're viewing a full list. You can then search for the missing order number(s) using the search box in the top right of the Order List.
