Refreshing the Amazon Token

The Amazon token is a secure link that allows Tradebox to communicate with your Amazon account. This token automatically expires as a security precaution after one year by default, but can also expire if the user removes the application or the application itself expires.

To refresh the token do the following:

1. Go to the Channels section in Tradebox and double click on the Amazon channel

2. In the DETAILS page click on the button called Get New Refresh Token.

   

    

3. This will open your default web browser and take you to the Amazon Log in page.

4. Log in and select your account.

    

   

    

    

5. This will take you to an authorisation page. Tick the check box to authorise Tradebox and then click Confirm.

    

   

    

6. The web browser will resolve to a Tradebox token page. Copy the token by selecting the 'copy' icon at the end of the token box.

7. Go back to Tradebox, open the Amazon channel, select and delete the existing token and the paste the new token into the box. Then choose Save.
