Uploading stock levels to Amazon Merchant channels can sometimes take a significant amount of time, especially if you have a large product list. The following guide provides guidance to reduce the time taken to upload stock levels to Amazon and improve performance.
Stock level upload time to Amazon Merchant accounts can be drastically reduced by updating the product mapping table with the products that are actually listed on Amazon. Doing this means that Tradebox only attempts to upload stock levels to product SKU's that are listed on Amazon, rather than all SKU's listed in the mapping table.
This feature is available in all versions of Tradebox from V2.0.260113.0 which was released on 13/01/2026. The following article provides instructions on how to upgrade Tradebox; https://help.tradebox.co.uk/hc/en-gb/articles/7064539953937-Updating-V2-0-to-the-latest-version.
Updating the Amazon product mapping table can be done in the PRODUCTS module by clicking on the Actions button and choosing Import Products and the selecting your Amazon Merchant account from the drop down list.
Upon completion, in the PRODUCTS module choose the b button, select your Amazon Merchant account from the drop down list. This will show you the list of all product mappings or your Amazon Merchant Account. The products that are actually listed on Amazon will have a tick in the Listed column. Only listed products in the mapping table will be valid for stock quantity upload.
